Job Description Provide comprehensive field technical support for projects sold by Applied NYC office. Expert in VRF technology Able to identify and communicate with contractors on installation best practices. Perform diagnostic troubleshooting for systems in operation both on site and over the phone with customers. Conduct assisted start-up and commissioning services as necessary. Keep detailed project files and communicate scheduling for ongoing services necessary for customer satisfaction and proper system operation. Produce comprehensive service reports on a regular basis. Build long-term relationships with customers.
