Commercial Construction Superintendent

Responsibilities:
- Supervise construction activities and manage construction crews
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
- Monitor project timelines and ensure projects are completed within budget and schedule
- Coordinate with project management team and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain project documentation
- Identify and resolve project issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment for all workers
- Lead start of day meetings establishing daily goals

Job Requirements

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of superintendent or similar experience on commercial construction projects
- Advance education, trainings, and/or certifications preferred
- Ability to work with contemporary construction systems (Autodesk Build, Procore, Phoenix, etc.)
- Physically able to maneuver job sites and perform necessary duties (walking, climbing, lifting, etc.)
- Experience in interviewing & hiring direct reports
