Qualifications - Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 5 years of experience assisting or supervising construction projects
- Knowledge of building codes/inspection requirements
- Experience with budget estimating and project scheduling
- Experience with AutoDesk, Procore, MS Project, Excel
- Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools, and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results
- Take initiative and seek responsibility
- Foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
