Commercial Fence Lead Installer

This company has been serving the Greater Kansas City area's Commercial Fencing needs for decades now, securing top contracts and jobs throughout the entire metro. The Lead Installer will play a crucial role in the succesful completion of commercial fence projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Lay out and install commercial fence projects from start to finish- Effectively lead and supervise a crew of 2-4 individuals- Operate a skid loader and haul trailers- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards- Collaborate with project managers to meet timelines and project requirements

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications- Proficient in using hand and power tools- Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in commercial fence installation- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Qualifications

- 5+ years of Commercial Fence Installation experience- Minimum of 2 years as a lead supervisor for a crew of at least 2-4 people- Must possess a Class E (chauffer's License in the state of Missouri) with a good driving record- Skilled in operating a skid loader and hauling trailers- Ability to complete a commercial fence project from layout to installation
