Commercial Account Specialist

As a Commercial Account Specialist with Pool Troopers, you will have a rewarding career with opportunities for growth and advancement. This position will report to the Commercial Account Manager.

Pay ranges from $20-$24 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities:

Confer daily with customers by telephone or in person to adhere to Client needs, resolve conflict, and provide solutions

Create quotes for commercial repairs and follow up on the quotes to ensure repairs are being made as expected and in a timely manner

Track availability and inventory of repair parts coming from the distributors

Work closely with Pool Technicians and Pool Maintenance Mechanics regarding quotes and repair statuses

Review Department of Health reports ensuring all items are corrected prior to re-inspection

Serve as the point of contact and communicate with Property Managers, Board Members, and Department of Health Inspectors to cultivate positive relationships

Submit parts for warranty

Position is full-time Monday through Friday working out of either the Ft Myers or Naples location.

A Pool Trooper is someone who can recognize problems before they arise, be able to multitask high priority jobs, has strong communication skills, is detail oriented, and a self starter.

Requirements

1-2 years experience in sales

High school diploma or equivalent, required

Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Knowledge of commercial pool equipment and DOH requirements is a plus.
