Job DetailsQualifications
- Knowledge of all lines of business including General Liability, Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto, Commercial Property, etc.
- Accurately file and maintain client data and activities in the agency management system.
- Collect all information needed for quotes.
- Shop new and renewal business accounts through insurance market within agency timelines and deadlines.
- Use our Superior variety of Carriers to multi-line up-sell current book of business.
- Market accounts to insurance carriers and/or provide required information to Commercial Sales Agents.
- Finalize and confirm all needed items and documents prior to reaching out to insured.
- Make and receive calls to agency insureds in a professional and courteous manner.
- Independent servicing of assigned book of business.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience
4-40 Insurance license / Customer Service 1+ Year in a Commercial Account role
2+ Years in a professional office environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
