Combat Air Force Sr Analyst Location: Nellis AFB in Las Vegas, NV Minimum Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI As a Combat Air Force Sr Analyst, you will be responsible for developing detailed mission analysis and integration of resources to determine capabilities to meet the JCER mission Who You Are and What You Need: Minimum of twelve (12) years of demonstrated relevant experience or Must possess a Bachelor's degree with at least eight (8) years of military experience Fifteen (15) or more years in combat Air Force experience preferred Previous experience or expertise specializing in fighter/attack combat aircraft; however, experience in a combat air force platforms is substitutable Must possess operational level experience. Preference given to candidates with higher level broadening assignments such as Joint, CCMD or Service level staff Previous experience analyzing threat data and controlling receipt and dissemination of foreign intelligence information Training and certification as a PMP preferred What You Will Do: Utilize an understanding of current service capabilities and tactics with knowledge of vulnerabilities in the presence of threat EMSO in order to make recommendations to Service or joint tactics, weapon schools, or publications based on findings of JCER evaluations Evaluate emerging EMSO threats in order to present findings, conclusions, and recommendations based on evaluation results Conduct tactical, operational, and strategic level research concerning the impact of existing and emerging EMSO threats to joint operations Conduct studies, perform research, reporting, and making recommendations concerning instrumentation and evaluation resources necessary to execute risk reduction and evaluation events ensuring the coordination of communications, logistics, materiel, data collection and personnel training, issue and alternative definitions, and personnel requirements for each designated activity Work with partnering agencies that share interests in support of data collection, reduction, or JEMSO operations in conjunction with JCER evaluations What We Offer: Comprehensive benefits including health, dental and vision for the employee and family 401k Plan with a company contribution; fully vested immediately Company paid Life and ADD insurance Company paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability insurance Flexible Spending Accounts Paid Time Off (PTO) 10 paid holidays Employee Assistance Program Tuition Reimbursement Who We Are: Calvert Systems is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business located in Bellevue, Nebraska with location in nine states and the District of Columbia.
