COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST
About the Company
A growing, fast-paced distribution company is looking to add a sharp Collections Specialist to their team. Work for a company with a great environment that promotes employee growth. They offer a hybrid schedule after training and monthly bonus programs.
Responsibilities
- Collections by phone and email
- Research discrepancies, pull invoices, set up payment plans
- Review credit applications and credit reports, and assist with determining how much credit to extend to customers
- Other duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 months of experience with commercial collections
- Knowledge of FDCPA laws is a plus
