Responsibilities of the Collections Specialist:
- Work within the centralized billing system to manage national accounts and customer payment activity
- Conduct business to business collections process via communicating by phone and email
- Managing customer relationships
- Track commissions for sales division of the company
- Responsible for tracking payment issues or discrepancies
Preferred Qualifications of the Collections Specialist:
- 3+ years of recent B2B collections experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
- Advanced organizational skills
