COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST/AR ANALYST

OVERVIEW OF THE COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST ROLE:
- Regularly review and monitor accounts receivable open accounts for past-due balances
- Utilize AR aging reports to ensure compliance with company standards
- Collections Specialist conducts an average of 45+ outbound calls daily to customers with past due balances, securing payment commitments
- Identify and address issues contributing to account delinquency, collaborating with appropriate team members
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST ROLE:
- Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and via email
- High school diploma
- 2+ years of data entry experience is required.
- Strong customer service skillset
- Previous experience in a collections role
