Adecco is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Collections Specialist to join our team in Mount Laurel, NJ. This role involves heavy outbound calling, managing B2B collections, and leveraging leasing experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and cash application, with excellent customer service skills. Location: Hybrid - Office in Mount Laurel, NJ
Work Hours: 8:30 AM start time, 7.5 hours/day, 37.5 hours/week
Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour
Assignment Type: Temp to Hire
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct heavy outbound calling to manage B2B collections.
  • Utilize leasing experience to effectively handle customer accounts.
  • Interact extensively with customers to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Apply strong writing and communication skills in customer interactions.
  • Utilize Excel and Word for various tasks and reporting.
  • Perform accounting tasks and cash application efficiently.
Requirements
  • Experience: Prior experience in B2B collections and leasing.
  • Skills:
    • Strong customer service skills.
    • Excellent writing and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • Preferred:
    • Degree in Finance or Business.
    • Experience in accounting and cash application.

Pay Details: $2,150.00 to $21.50 per hour
