Collection Specialist (B2B) - Free Parking in Baltimore.
About the Company and Opportunity:
- Our client is a long standing client of ours whose a leader in the SaaS industry.
- Due to growth, they are hiring an Collections Specialist in their DC office.
- Position is in office in Baltimore, MD.
- Pay: $25-28 per hour, Mon-Fri, 8:00a - 5:00p.
- This position is temporary, but for the right candidate can become permanent.

Overview of the Collections Specialist role:
- Business to Business Collections- mostly email contact with customers; statement letters sent electronically via email. There will be times when the person will want to get on the phone with the customer to clarify details with the customer.
- Will apply cash receipts to invoices that have been paid.
- Will assist with getting invoices out to customers, especially those that use a portal or other billing method and not a mailed invoice
- Additional projects, as requested
Preferred Qualifications for the Collections Specialist:
- 2-5+ years of collections experience ideally. Open to candidates with general accounting background who are interested in collections.
- Salesforce is a plus
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
