Collection Manager II with Security Clearance

Capabilities: Identify collection access points, methods, and plans necessary to satisfy specific collection requirements. Develop, plan, and coordinate the deployment of collection systems. Validate, coordinate, issue, adjust, and terminate collection tasking for programs. Collaborate internally and with external agencies to acquire, maintain and maximize access to communications. Qualifications: Entry is with a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience. High school diploma or GED plus 9 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 7 years of relevant experience will be considered.
Degree in any field is acceptable.
Relevant experience must be in signals intelligence (SIGINT) collection and/or analysis. Completion of military training in a relevant area such as Signals Collection or Analysis program will be considered towards the relevant experience requirement (i.e., a 24-week course will count as 6 months of experience).
