Collaboration Engineer with Security Clearance

Kavaliro's client is seeking a remote, Secret Cleared Collaboration Engineer based out of Orlando, FL. Candidates must be located in greater Orlando, FL area
Regular travel is expected around central FL Qualifications

• The Collaboration Engineer must be detail-oriented and have in-depth knowledge of UC hardware and software for CISCO Voice Systems in providing high-level support and technical expertise in unified capabilities

• Experience required in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity

• Connection (CUC), Cisco Emergency Responder (CER), Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) and Cisco Meeting Server (CMS)

• Requires the ability of working with vendors, clients, carriers and technical staff on unified capabilities implementation, optimization, maintenance, and ongoing management

• Certification Requirements: CCNP Collaboration and at least five years working as a UC Engineer or equivalent

• 8+ years of experience

• BA/BS or equivalent

• IAT level II Compliant certification (i.e

• Security+ CE, SSCP etc)

• Prefer a Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI level access

• Must have clearance (and relevant certifications) prior to start in role

• Must be able to obtain TS/SCI eventually
Responsibilities

• Analyzes customer requirements and provides technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems

• Creates plans and configures systems for data communication networks

• Designs and builds hardware and software components for computer or telecommunications networks

• Evaluates new communications technologies to enhance capabilities of the network

• Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned

• May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
