We are seeking a Provisioning Logistician II to help support our Surface Ship Integrated Logistics program in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. As a Provisioning Logistician II for our Surface Ship Integrated Logistics program, you will be responsible for supporting customer logistics requirements through the analysis, organization, planning, and administration of various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, and maintenance and/or repair activities. In this role, a typical day will include: Supports customer logistics requirements through the analysis, organization, planning, and administration of various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, and maintenance and/or repair activities.
Develops logistics plans, Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD) and provide guidance verbally and in writing to facilitate distribution of goods and supplies. Qualifications: High School diploma or GED.
3 years of experience in logistics, traffic and/or supply chain management.
Experience in reviewing and analyzing Provisioning Technical Documentation/Engineering Data for Provisioning (PTD/ EDFP), maintenance plans, applying technical coding, including Source Maintenance & Recoverability (SM&R) codes, and creating Provisioning Parts Lists (PPLs) in ICAPS C/S to develop and/or update Allowance Parts Lists (APLs).
Experience in applying APL worthiness rules to determine APLs worthy components and experience in identifying maintenance significant parts on equipment drawings and/or technical manuals.
Ability to read and follow drawings and familiarity with the associated drawing's parts list/list of material (LOM).
Familiarization/experience utilizing any of the following navy logistics web application/databases such as ICAPS, CDMD-OA, FEDLOG and HAYSTACKS is a Plus.
Experience in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
