How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) The Delta Human Resources Project and Process Quality team is seeking co-op students to join our organization. The team is focused on assisting the HR organization on successfully accomplishing complex, people focused initiatives. Subject areas can vary from project to project and can include significant HR IT implementations, updates to key processes and enhancements to the employee experience. Co-Ops will work with experienced project managers in building project plans, evaluating cost and resource needs, hosting meetings, building slide decks, administrative needs within the team and other tasks. Co-Ops will also interface directly with our internal HR and IT business partners. The Delta HR organization is undergoing a significant transformation. These positions will allow you to be an active participant in that change. What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) Must be enrolled as a full-time student pursuing an undergraduate degree in a 4-year academic institution throughout the co-op program At least a 3.0 GPA on a 4-point scale Must be available to work on a full-time basis as an undergraduate student during the following 3 alternating semesters: Fall 2024, Summer 2025, Spring 2026 Must be able to work onsite in our Atlanta, GA office for the duration of the co-op rotations Candidate is team-oriented and highly supportive of continuous improvement methodologies Strong organizational, project management, problem solving skills, and verbal/written communication skills are essential Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Willingness/ability to learn new skills is required Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States. What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications) Working on an undergraduate degree at an accredited university in a Human Resources related field, project management or industrial engineering
