Job Details

We are a leading manufacturing company seeking a Permanent CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, Programming CNC, Set up tools and fixtures, Interpret drawings, Mastercam, CNC Lathe set up, 5-axis, and 3-axis lathe. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art CNC machines to produce high-quality products for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality products
• Program CNC machines using Mastercam software
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production
• Set up tools and fixtures to ensure precision and accuracy
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues in a timely manner
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, Programming CNC, Set up tools and fixtures, Interpret drawings, Mastercam, CNC Lathe set up, 5-axis, and 3-axis lathe
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong technical and mechanical skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Proficient in Mastercam software
