Responsibilities: As a CNC Programmer, you will be the driving force behind our manufacturing excellence. Your key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring machinists have all necessary resources and information for successful part manufacturing.
- Crafting and updating CNC programs and tool paths to meet print requirements.
- Solving CNC machine issues with your troubleshooting expertise.
- Offering technical support to our skilled machinists.
- Collaborating daily with Quality, Manufacturing, and Quoting Departments.
- Masterfully reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models.
- Analyzing drawings to make decisions on dimensions, cutting tools, machine speeds, and feed rates.
- Maintaining our invaluable tooling database.
- Conducting quality control tests throughout manufacturing processes.
- Efficiently planning material use based on production schedules.
- Strictly adhering to operating procedures, instructions, and safety rules.
- Building strong working relationships and effective communication with team members.
- Identifying and promptly reporting any quality concerns to operators, line leads, or supervision.
- Embracing flexibility by taking on additional duties as assigned by supervision.

Requirements Qualifications: We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Completion of a technical or associate degree program is a plus.
- Proficiency in programming 3- and 5-axis CNC mills.
- Familiarity with GibbsCAM preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills, including Algebra, Trigonometry, and Geometry.
- Previous experience as a CNC programmer.
- Ability to read and interpret design blueprints.
- CAD experience is a bonus.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
