️ About the Job: Are you seeking a part-time role where you can utilize your skills as a CNC Operator? Are you interested in extra hours on the weekend? We are looking for experienced CNC Operators to support Mills and Swiss lathes. Do you thrive in a manufacturing environment where precision and quality are essential? Key Responsibilities: - Operate assigned mechanical equipment.
- Ensure that items produced pass quality control requirements.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment and perform adjustments.
- Read and interpret blueprints if applicable.
- Utilize measuring instruments to maintain quality and precision.
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Adhere to 5S standards to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications - Perform work under general supervision with 2+ years of experience.
- Handle basic issues and problems independently, referring more complex issues to higher-level staff.
- Possess a working knowledge of subject matter.
- Ability to interpret work instructions accurately.
- Proficiency in following written and verbal directions.
- Basic verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong mathematical skills.
