Are you skilled in operating CNC machines and ensuring top-notch product quality? We're seeking dedicated CNC Operators to play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. Here's what you need to know:
As a CNC Operator, your primary responsibility is to operate CNC machines efficiently while maintaining product quality standards based on Process Instructions. You'll play a vital role in ensuring that products meet specifications and are ready for the next stage of production.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Load and unload CNC machines with various-sized products, deburr parts using hand tools or sandpaper, and package finished parts.
- Utilize manual or electric pallet jacks to handle fixtures or move pallets with boxes.
- Perform production tasks such as deburring, sanding, gluing, cleaning, and packaging.
- Track hours worked and job time using the timeclock system.
- Follow Process Instructions diligently and record necessary information for quality verification and production reporting.
- Familiarize yourself with measuring devices such as calipers and height gauges.
- Communicate any deviations from quality standards to the QA team promptly.
- Adhere to safety procedures at all times.
Experience, Qualifications, and Skills Required: - Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal.
- Basic computer skills for timeclock data entry.
- Ability to work well in a team environment while also being independent.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Preferably three months of manufacturing experience.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment: - Involves frequent standing, walking, sitting, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, squatting, and balancing.
- Utilization of eye-hand coordination and verbal communication.
- Ability to lift, carry, or balance up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds with team assistance.
- Visual capacity enabling operation of machinery.
