We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent CNC Manager to join our manufacturing industry team. As a CNC Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the CNC Machining operations, ensuring that all production targets are met, and maintaining high standards of quality control.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CNC Machining operations, ensuring that all production targets are met on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and productivity of the CNC Machining operations.
  • Ensure that all CNC machines are properly maintained and serviced, and that all necessary repairs are carried out promptly.
  • Oversee the training and development of CNC Machinists, ensuring that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to operate the machines effectively.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet the required standards.
  • Ensure that all safety regulations are adhered to, and that all employees are aware of their responsibilities in this regard.
  • Liaise with other departments, such as production planning and engineering, to ensure that all production targets are met.


Job Details

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a CNC Manager in a manufacturing industry setting.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC Machining, including cnc lathe programming, manual lathe, manual mill, and cnc machine operations.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.
  • Good knowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
