We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Maintenance Technician to join our industrial mold facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our CNC machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. This role involves transitioning our machining centers from reactionary maintenance to a robust preventative maintenance program. The candidate will also need to perform failure mode effect analysis (FMEA) and root cause analysis (RCA) to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.
