CNC Machinists

Pay Range: $20.00 - $30.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits. A Southeast Cleveland area manufacturer is seeking to a 2 nd Shift CNC Machinist. Candidates must have previous experience with set up, program editing, G&M Coding and operation of CNC Vertical Machining Centers; specifically, Okuma Howa. This machine shop is based on quality and not quantity. This company is only seeking candidates interested in a long-term position. Previous experience working as a Grinder is strongly desired. 2 nd Shift Four 10 Hour Days a week and possible over time on the 5th day if necessary. Hours of work to be determined Seeking a total of 3 Machinists at this time. REQUIREMENTS High School Graduate or Equivalent or Trade School desired. Must be able to perform set up, program editing and operation of CNC machining centers. Seeking candidates that can perform CNC milling & grinding. Understand CNC wheel dressing procedures. Working knowledge of Fanuc controls. G&M Coding programming experience is required. Able to read blueprints and measure with standard gauges. Able to drive a forklift and operate an overhead crane in a safe manner. Must have experience with CNC Vertical Machining Centers; specifically, Okuma Howa. Knowledge of Chevalier CNC Surface Grinders Plusses: CAD or CAM experience, Welding & Milling.
