CNC Machining Engineer

Seeking a well versed engineer to lead client driven custom product development and manufacturing projects from concept to delivered component. Act as a liason between clients and manufacturing teams by developing, evaluating, improving and documenting manufacturing processes for new product introductions. Shall; Assess designs for manufacturability Work closely with the internal machine shop, and external manufacturing suppliers to reduce costs and risk associated with manufacturing complex component Calculate production, labor, material costs and review production schedules Provide engineering support for capital equipment purchases, installation, maintenance and training. Interpret CAD drawings to develop and optimize CNC programs for multi-axis machines Requires; Experience writing CNC programs for multi-axis machining Ability to design and interpret 2D/3D modeling BS in Engineering Working knowledge of ERP and MRP software Highly visible position with plenty of career advancing opportunites.
