Accentuate Staffing is assisting an established manufacturer in the Fuquay area who is hiring a CNC Laser Operator to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity working Monday-Thursday, 5am-3:30pm.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC Laser machine tools to produce precision parts and components.
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on existing tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate production records
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of tools to prevent downtime and ensure longevity.
- Complete regularly quality checks on parts
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 4+ years setting up and operating CNC laser machines
- Candidates must also have strong equipment maintenance experience
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Candidates must be able to use hand and power tools, drills, taps, grinders, etc.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy tools and equipment (50lbs).
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required. Associates degree in machining, or completed apprenticeships preferred
