We are on the lookout for a driven, detail-oriented, and experienced CNC Grinder Operator to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a permanent position with the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art machinery, including ANCA machines, in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC grinding machines to manufacture high-quality parts and tools.

Responsibilities:

1. Operating ANCA CNC Grinding machines to produce components as per the given specifications.
2. Setting up and adjusting the machine and equipment for production, ensuring optimal performance.
3. Reading, interpreting, and following complex engineering drawings and instructions.
4. Performing regular maintenance checks on the machines to ensure they are in good working condition.
5. Inspecting the finished components for quality and accuracy using precision measuring tools.
6. Identifying and rectifying any potential issues or malfunctions in the machine operations.
7. Adhering to all safety protocols and standards while operating the machines.
8. Collaborating with the team to meet production targets and deadlines.
9. Continuously seeking ways to improve processes and production efficiency.
10. Keeping a clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 4 years' experience as a CNC Grinder Operator, CNC Machine Operator, or in a similar role in the Manufacturing industry.
2. Proficiency in operating CNC grinding machines, especially ANCA machines.
3. Excellent ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and instructions.
4. Strong mechanical aptitude with a keen eye for detail and precision.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
6. Strong commitment to adhering to safety protocols and standards.
7. Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
