APN Healthcare Solutions is urgently hiring multiple Certified Nursing Assistant for our client in multiple locations for an 8/13 week contract with a high possibility of extension.

Position Title: Certified Nursing Assistant LTC

Pay Rate: $16/Hourly

Work Locations: West Reading, Pittsburgh, Montgomeryville, Langhorne, Gettysburg, Bridgeville, Easton, Exton, PA

Shift: Morning, Nights & Evening 5x8-Hour

Hours/day: 8 Hours

Contract Duration: 8/13 Weeks

Licenses Requirement: CNA

Certification Requirement: BLS

Job Description:

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Monitor residents' vital signs, reporting any changes or concerns to nursing staff.

Provide assistance with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting and positioning techniques.

Assist with feeding and hydration, ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met.

Help maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including tidying rooms and common areas.

Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a sense of community and belonging.

Follow established care plans and protocols, collaborating with the nursing team to ensure continuity of care.

Document care provided and observations in residents' charts accurately and timely.

Participate in resident care meetings and contribute to care planning discussions as needed.

Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards to ensure quality care delivery.
