Job Description:
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our in-home care team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing outstanding patient care and capable of assisting clients with physical mobility, including lifting and transferring patients with substantial weight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to patients in their homes, including personal care, hygiene, and daily living assistance.
- Assist clients with physical mobility, including lifting, transferring, and repositioning patients safely.
- Monitor vital signs and report any significant changes to the supervising nurse or physician.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring adherence to dietary restrictions and nutritional standards.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
- Comply with all safety guidelines and health regulations.
Requirements:
- Current CNA certification.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on the ability to lift heavy loads safely.
- Knowledge of basic healthcare and hygiene standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Must pass a background check.
