Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a Nursing Assistant, you will provide essential support to patients and assist in their daily care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals in need.

Duties:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety
- Assist with feeding and ensure patients receive proper nutrition
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and implement care plans
- Maintain a clean and organized patient environment
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or similar role preferred
- Basic life support (BLS) certification required
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices
- Familiarity with hospital systems and procedures
- Experience in patient care, particularly in memory care or geriatric settings, is a plus
- Strong understanding of anatomy and medical terminology
- Ability to lift and move patients safely
