The CMM Programmer will be responsible for creating and running inspection programs and supporting the ongoing calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment. Highlights and Benefits

•  Hands-on inspection of complex aerospace parts and assemblies using available hand tools and gages
•  Develop and modify CMM programs
•  Create detailed inspection reports and/or instructions (AS9102, Final Inspection, Quality Work Instructions)
•  Contribute to fixture design for inspection purposes
•  Perform daily in-process inspection walks and 1st article buy-off
•  Interface with government or customer source inspectors
•  Continuously improve new and existing processes
•  Provide feedback and solutions to the Engineering and Production team
•  Mentor entry level quality team members and shopfloor personnel Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
•  3+ years of complex aerospace inspection experience
•  High school diploma required
•  PC-DMIS or Calypso experience desired
•  Expert-level experience with all aspects of manual inspection (comparator, sine plate, height gage, large micrometers, etc.)
•  Solid knowledge of special processes and aerospace specifications
•  Attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization
•  Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills
•  Well versed in modern quality and production technology
•  Comfortable working with tolerances
•  Experience with exotic or high-temp materials
