Responsibilities:
- Prepare and administer medications to residents
- Observe patients and document changes in condition
- Document patient care in accordance with nursing home policies and procedures
- Uphold all health and safety standards
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Valid CNA License
- Certified Medication Aide
