Cloud Architect with Security Clearance

Gridiron IT is seeking a Cloud Engineer-Architect local to Fort Gregg, VA with an active Secret clearance. Ideally the candidate will have experience with Amazon, Microsoft, or Google cloud service provider. Responsibilities: Cloud Web Services Administration Provides technical leadership and design for cloud related projects. Architects and migrates on-premises applications/systems into a cloud platform. Design, develop, implement, utilize, and conform to enterprise cloud architecture application solutions, strategies, processes, and standards, focusing on expertise in cloud technologies. Collaborates with the Program Office, analysts, engineers, mission partner development teams, and infrastructure services to define, establish, and communicate application and data architecture standards, policies, and directions. Design and implement mission partner high availability features in the Cloud. Assist mission partners with Cloud portal familiarization and Cloud specific technologies. Design/engineer solutions for mission p Cloud networking, configuration, and communication of enterprise security services and customized databases. Qualifications: At least two (2) years of experience with 1 of the 3 major cloud service providers (Amazon, Microsoft, or Google) Baseline Certification (required): DoD 8570 IAT II or higher.
