Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of CLM systems, including Agiloft, Apttus, to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on CLM system functionalities, including contract creation, negotiation, approval, and renewal.
  • Designed and configured Agiloft implementations for Enterprise clients, Business Mapping, security, and User groups / permissions.
  • Drive requirement gathering and functional design and work closely with various teams to support across multiple engagements.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Support end-users by providing training and resolving system-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate CLM systems with other enterprise applications.
  • Support documenting the solution design to ensure alignment with business objectives and requirements.
  • Triage, troubleshoot, and collaborate with development teams to address solution issues.
  • Contract management experience, understanding of contracting templates, clauses, and meta data.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in CLM and related technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, with a focus on CLM systems
  • CLM Certified Professional having experience in configurations, implementation and support of Contracting, Risk Management, Obligations and Sourcing modules.
  • Sound business knowledge in the CLM area & have provided standard or customized solutions to business requirements.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Agiloft, Apttus, or Icertis CLM systems.
  • Strong understanding of the contract lifecycle and quote-to-cash process.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications in CLM systems or related technologies are desirable.
