The School Support Services program provides mental health services to students in their learning environment in numerous public and private schools within Central Massachusetts. We also offer consultation, training, and support to professionals and parents as they learn to interact more effectively with children who are experiencing emotional and behavioral difficulties. Community Healthlink staff uses a nurturing and disciplined approach to help at-risk youth and teens deal with the issues that can distract them and prevent them from succeeding in the classroom. Since 1995, Community Healthlink has been providing quality care that promotes wellness, healing and quality of life. In 2023, CHL's clinics became certified Community Behavioral Health Centers, within a network of Massachusetts CBHC's that offer immediate, confidential care for mental health and substance use needs. Responsibilities: Provide school-based or office-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults. Provide family therapy and/or family consultations to caregivers. Conduct clinical training and consultation to school personnel and community groups. Lead or co-lead clinical groups. Provide crisis and clinical case management services as needed, including service linkage. Maintain weekly productivity standards, based on hours worked per week. Participate in weekly individual clinical supervision and team meetings. Demonstrate sound clinical judgment, strong communication skills and flexibility. Contribute to the overall success of a multi-disciplinary team of service providers. Maintain electronic health records according to agency policy. Respects diverse views and approaches, demonstrates Standards of Respect, and contributes to creating and maintaining an environment of professionalism, tolerance, civility and acceptance toward all employees, patients and visitors. Qualifications: Grade C12: Clinician III: Master's degree in a clinical course of study in behavioral health (social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, counseling or related field) that meet the academic requirements for independent licensure in psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or mental health counseling in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Requires licensure as LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT. Grade C16: Clinician IV: Master's degree in a clinical course of study (social work, psychology, counseling or related field) and LICSW licensure or licensed Psychologist. Therapy experience working with the youth required. Clinical experience with children and families. Proven ability to effectively engage clients and work well with other professionals. Demonstrated strong work ethic.Ability to work independently and ability to meet productivity goals. Ability to use a computer-based information system for electronic record keeping.
