As the Behavioral Health Clinical Team Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading your team to deliver exceptional behavioral health services. Embrace your role as a guiding hero:
Heroic Leadership : Provide guidance, inspiration, and motivation to your team of dedicated healthcare professionals, ensuring a compassionate and high-quality care environment.
Care Coordination : Oversee the delivery of home health services, coordinating with providers, vendors, and facilities to ensure seamless care for patients.
Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, ensuring timely initiation of patient care and adherence to all necessary requirements.
Effective Communication : Facilitate clear and efficient communication between the care team, patients, families, and physicians, ensuring smooth information flow and coordination.
Care Plan Management : Review, approve, and enhance patient care plans for clinical appropriateness, integrating orders from multiple physicians to ensure comprehensive and individualized care.

To excel as the Behavioral Health Clinical Team Manager, you should possess the following qualifications:
Education : Hold an Associate's Degree in a nursing-related field.
Experience : Demonstrate a minimum of 4 years of experience in home care as a Registered Nurse in either Home Health or Psychiatry/Behavioral Health, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Licensure : Maintain a current state license as a Registered Nurse, showcasing your expertise and dedication to providing exceptional care.
Technology Proficiency : Exhibit proficiency with enterprise applications such as Workday and HomeCare HomeBase, as well as the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Reporting Structure : You will report to the Branch Director, ensuring effective coordination and alignment of goals.
