Pay Range: $12.60 hourly
POSITION SUMMARY: A Clinical Support Technician will perform duties related to reception and clerical tasks in support of client services rendered at LifeSkills.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Generate a professional image of the company through words and actions
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and co workers throughout daily interactions
- Display open communication, cooperation & the sharing of knowledge within all departments of the company
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls
- Must effectively manage multiple projects
- Ensure timely processing of assigned data entry tasks
- Audit incoming paperwork as well as own work for potential errors
- Coordinate a high volume of filing while accurately maintaining the medical record
- Accurately maintain cash drawer
- Available to travel to other locations for coverage when needed
QUALIFICATIONS: • High School Diploma or equivalent
• Fundamental knowledge of computer programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Must possess typing skill level that assures projects can be completed timely & efficiently
