CLINICAL SUPERVISOR (BCBA)

Your Role at SARRC
Our specialized team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts are an integral part of SARRC. As a Clinical Supervisor and ABA professional, you will help your team support their clients' goals of connecting and including individuals with autism in their homes, schools, jobs and communities.

How We Support our BCBAs
Small caseload of 5-7 clients
Assigned team of 6-7 Behavior Therapists
Flexible schedule with in-person and telehealth supervision opportunities
Who You Are
Prioritizes high performance standards (professionalism, teamwork, communication, accountability, time management) in the workplace to ensure teams are successful and client goals are met
Strong collaborator and communicator who enjoys supervising and collaborating with peers to provide guidance, leadership and assist in implementing treatment plans
A compassionate approach to care with the flexibility to roll with changes to meet the needs of our clients
Passionate about providing direction and feedback to the client's team, which includes behavior therapists, senior-level clinicians, and other members of the clinical team

Experience and Education Requirements
Master's degree in psychology, education, special education, sociology or related field required
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
Ability to obtain Behavior Analyst Licensure with the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners
Minimum of one years' experience supervising intervention therapy to individuals diagnosed or at risk for autism
Hours
Full-time, Monday - Friday
