Clinical Supervisor

A renowned non-profit organization based in NY and NJ is currently seeking Clinical Supervisors for their Family Violence Prevention Program. You will be tasked with the supervision of clinical staff, in addition to providing clinical social work services to clients. The base pay range for this position is $45 to $52 per hour. The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Responsibilities:
Provide on-going supervision of clinical staff in FVP program
Provide clinical social services to clients such as clinical assessments and consultations, discharge planning, and client-centered advocacy
Provides 1:1 and group supervision to staff weekly
Assists in the coordination of the Multi-Disciplinary Treatment Team for all participants for the purpose of collaborating and coordinating client treatment according to risk assessment, treatment, behavioral monitoring, to optimize treatments for clients
Prepares reports containing findings, conclusions, and recommendations as required by funding source

Qualifications:
Master's degree in human/social services or mental health-related field
NJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) OR Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Prior supervisory experience
Past experience or training in dealing with domestic violence
