The CBHC Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical and administrative supervision to clinical staff and interns (when applicable) and provide direct clinical services to children, adolescents, and/or adults with identified mental health or substance use needs. Also represent the organization, as requested, on a variety of agency and/or community committees Responsibilities Include: Provide clinical supervision and training to masters-level & independently licensed clinicians and interns. Continuously assess core competency areas and learning needs of the supervisee. Develops and implements learning objectives and supervision plan. Conduct individual and group supervision and oversee the development of individual therapists and the clinical team as a whole. Ensure availability outside of scheduled supervisory meetings and promptly respond to clinical emergencies. Monitor clinicians' documentation for timely completion and clinical quality. Review and sign off on required documentation. Conduct training on clinical topics, Identify and monitor areas for performance improvement, as needed, in conjunction with the Clinical Program Director. Responsible for monitoring and supporting supervisees on administrative tasks including maintaining productivity expectations. Provide direct clinical services to individuals, families and/or groups. Complete all clinical documentation within expected timeframes and in compliance with organization policies. Documentation must meet quality standards established by regulatory bodies and the agency and monitored by the Director of Clinical Services. Meet monthly productivity expectations. Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal, external providers, as well as other regulatory bodies. In collaboration with the Clinical Program Director, conduct ongoing review of the clinical program design, implement recommendations for improvement, as needed. Completes performance reviews as required. Qualifications: Licensed at the Independent level required (LICSW, LMHC or Licensed Psychologist in the Commonwealth of MA) Minimum of four years working in the behavioral health field required. Two years of supervisory experience preferred Knowledge of behavioral healthcare practices, evidenced based treatments and quality improvement concepts is essential. Familiarity with state and local agencies serving the community helpful. Schedule: Full time, 40 hours.
