Pathways Center's Outpatient Clinics provide an array of behavioral health and addictive disease services that include but are not limited to: individual, group, and family therapy; PSR (Psychosocial Rehabilitation) and/or Peer Programs; case management; crisis intervention; and physician and nursing services. The Clinical Site Supervisor provides leadership and guidance to clinical team members and is the "go to" person for routine operational questions and troubleshooting any issues that may arise in the clinic. Responsibilities for the Clinical Site Supervisor include but are not limited to the following: Serves as the role model and leader amongst peers in the respective clinic Serves as the liaison amongst clinic programs and services; as well as with the respective Associate Clinical Director Assists the Associate Clinical Director in organizing and directing clinic operations to meet client needs; and ensure compliance with governing guidelines Partners with Associate Clinical Director to effectively recruit, retain, and evaluate clinic team members Reviews and approves routine time off requests The Clinical Site Supervisor has a direct care productivity expectation Applies a variety of appropriate psychotherapeutic and counseling techniques to improve behavioral functioning of clients Analyzes results of treatment efforts for indications of progress and alters the therapeutic approach and treatment plan accordingly Thoroughly reviews program guidelines, criteria, and scope of services with clients and their families to ensure their understanding of services Facilitates and fosters team work and solid working relationships by effectively addressing employee and client situations Provides training to new and existing clinic team members Motivates team members to improve the quantity and quality of services provided May provide clinical supervision to staff and interns as needed (if qualified to do so) Attends monthly court sessions for clients served through the local accountability courts Master's degree from an accredited college or university AND licensure in the area of assignment AND Three years of experience in the provision of therapeutic services with, One year of which in a supervisory role OR Master's degree from an accredited college or university AND licensure in the area of assignment AND Three years of experience at the lower level Social Worker, Licensed 3 (HCP052) or position equivalent.
