Job Summary Job Summary The Clinical School Therapist (CST's) works within their credential and licensure based on guidelines defined by the Board of Behavioral Sciences. CST's support the social-emotional wellness of students and families across school settings and provide guidance to staff in supporting students' wellness and mental health. CST's provide intensive mental health and behavioral services for students inclusive of assessment, counseling, consultation, treatment, and case management for individuals, groups, and families View Job Description Requirements / Qualifications Requirements / Qualifications Possession of a valid Pupil Personnel Services credential, including a Master's Degree, authorizing services in school counseling and/or school social work issued by the State of California, AND a California State License in Marriage and Family Therapy and/or Clinical Social Work and/or Licensed Professional Clinical Counseling.
• Bilingual (Spanish) highly desirable.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-ethnic community
• Ability to conduct oneself in a manner to which reflects a positive emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
