Augusta Health is seeking an experienced RN to join the Float Pool for a full time position.
The Float Pool RN will be assigned to different units based on staffing needs.

A registered professional nurse is responsible for the delivery of patient care for assigned patients on a specific shift worked. Coordinator of the nursing plan of care as well as carrying out physician orders and nursing standards of care using the nursing process. Also directs and guides other members of the patient care team.

$7,500 Sign-On Bonus Potential for qualified candidates.

Requirements

  • A minimum of two years of Registered Nurse experience required in two or more areas.
  • Must be licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
  • Must have CPR in addition to requirements for specialty units.
