JOB DESCRIPTION:Health system in northern North Carolina is seeking a exceptional physician leader to serve as our Clinical Physician Executive (CPE). This is a new and exciting role that will provide leadership, policy direction, strategic growth, operational excellence, and clinical advancement of psychiatric services across all hospitals and ambulatory sites within the area in matrixed partnership with the Nursing Director and Director of Operations. The CPE role will start out as a 0.5 clinical FTE position with 0.5 FTE allocated for administrative responsibilities. Clinical work will be consistent with the selected candidate's area of expertise and training. This role will report directly to the System Physician Executive for the Institute and will be an integral part of the market leadership team.
