We are looking for a full-time Clinical Pharmacist for a Kentucky hospital system. This person will be responsible for checking medication errors, identifying drug interactions, monitoring for adverse drug reactions, and helping physicians with all dosage regimens, and clinical counseling within the transplant department. A successful will be able to support & supervise other pharmacist support staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Pharm D degree
- 1 year of experience with hospital
- PGY1 required
