Providence St. Vincent Medical Center - Portland, Oregon The Clinical Pharmacist - Overnight provides clinical pharmacy services in assigned areas (medicine, surgery, cardiology, neurology, oncology), frequently practicing under collaborative drug therapy management agreements. They also provide distributive/operational pharmacy services from Central Pharmacy, working closely with a team of pharmacy technicians. Our overnight pharmacists work 10-hour shifts 7-on/7-off. Relocation aid available for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. The staff pharmacist has the responsibility to integrate the provision of pharmaceutical care with other elements of the patient care process to provide a collaborative, cooperative effort with other members of the health care team to assure optimal drug therapy outcomes and to improve the patient's quality of life. Required qualifications: Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement Oregon Pharmacist license upon hire Preferred qualifications: 1 year of Hospital pharmacist experience.
