Clinical Pharmacist

Minimum Education: Pharm.D degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy. Minimum Experience/Knowledge: 2 Years hospital or ambulatory care experience or completion of a residency program in a hospital or ambulatory care setting. Required License/Certification: Current pharmacy licensure with California State Board of Pharmacy Keck and Norris Hospital: BLS certification for Healthcare Provider, ACLS certification from American Heart Association Fire and Safety Certification. If no card upon hire, one must be obtained within 30 days of hire, and maintained by renewal before expiration date.
