Responsibilities The Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN is seeking an academically-oriented Clinical Pathologist with Coagulation laboratory expertise to join our large and growing special coagulation laboratory practice. In-depth knowledge and broad experience in coagulation and genetic laboratory testing are highly desirable, but not necessary. The selected candidate must also demonstrate outstanding communication, collaboration and teaching skills to interact effectively with a broad range of clinicians, trainees, technologists, and outside clients. The candidate is expected to cover the coagulation laboratory practice/service, education, and conduct translational research. Qualifications Board certification: AP / CP or CP - only preferred. A PhD with a clinical chemistry fellowship will be considered and candidates are encouraged to apply.
