Description:
The faculty will assist with didactic and skills instruction of BHSF Clinical Partner (CP) programs. Presentation of Clinical Partner the Baptist Way lectures. Collaborates with CP Coordinator to track progress of CP program students including certified nursing assistant (CNA) licensure and retention. Responsible for preparing of candidates to take the Florida State licensure exam, acts as subject matter expert for the program. Mentors and advises students and novice CPs. Estimated salary range for this position is $60382.40 - $80308.59 / year depending on experience. Qualifications:
Degrees: High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper Licenses & Certifications: Registered Nurse Basic Life Support Licensed Practical Nurse Additional Qualifications: Licensed or degreed Healthcare professional (e.g. RN, LPN). Must have BLS certification. Three years or more of clinical bedside experience. Exceptional organizational, professional and interpersonal skills. Computer proficiency, including skills in MS Office and Excel required. Must be a self-starter exhibiting a high degree of professionalism, resourcefulness, problem solving skills, ability to work independently and demonstrate ability to work with diverse populations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Associate's degree preferred. Minimum Required Experience:
