Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services is seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Manager to lead our Home Healthcare team in the South East region. Job Responsibilities

The Clinical Manager will Oversee the daily operations of home healthcare services within the South East region, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.

Supervise and evaluate home healthcare staff, including nurses, therapists, and aides, to ensure high-quality patient care.

Coordinate and manage patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and caregivers.

Ensure that patient care is provided in accordance with physician orders and established home healthcare protocols.

Monitor the recruiting needs with scheduler for the region and report these needs to recruiting department in a concise, timely manner

Conduct weekly staff meetings to communicate updates, discuss patient care, and address any issues or concerns.

Ensure the proper documentation and record-keeping of patient care activities in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Foster a safe and supportive environment for patients, families, and staff, including the implementation of infection control measures.

Collaborate with other healthcare providers, social workers, and community resources to coordinate patient services and improve care delivery.

Address and resolve any patient or family complaints regarding home healthcare services.

Stay up-to-date with advancements in home healthcare practices and technologies, and integrate them into practice as appropriate.


Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology

Current, unrestricted therapy license (PT, OT, SLP) in the state of Massachusetts

Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in home health care or related field

At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting, preferably as a Clinical Manager

Demonstrate knowledge of clinical practices, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to home health care

Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and healthcare technology

Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team of healthcare professionals

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with patients, their families, and other healthcare providers

Understanding of budget management and resource allocation

Knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, and other relevant health care regulations

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to provide on-call support as needed

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

CPR certification

Commitment to ongoing education and professional development

Ability to pass a background check
