Clinical Manager Opportunity Description

Our client is a well-established Home Health and Hospice organization. They have a current opening for a Clinical Manager for their Home Health location in the Clearwater, FL area. An RN with Medicare Home Health experience is required. Supervisory experience is ideal but a Field RN / Case Manager looking to step into a management role may be considered.

Clinical Manager Job Requirements

Medicare Home Health experience as a Registered Nurse.

Excellent understanding of state/federal regulations, OASIS, and PDGM.

Supervisor experience preferred.

Clinical Manager Job Responsibilities

Manage clinical team.

Ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations.

Train and mentor nurses.
